No, I'm not suggesting that it's not possible; Germans just use that construction a lot more often than ENS do, AFAIK.
Sometimes, you also need to rearrange an entire paragraph. This is one issue where MT is pretty much useless.
The second problem (at least in journalism) is that you need to change from passive to active voice. No MT can do that for you.
