English translation:Offering you a new showcase [shop window]
Explanation:
Rahmen = framework in which to present your goods = showcase OR shop window

I would omit wir/we' in the EN heading.

It's KOK again, isn't it? In which case, I suppose it's yet another wordplay, in which Rahmen means fireplace surround

Alternative suggestion (though I think it sounds rather forced in EN):
Offering you a new fireplace surround

It's your time to shine!

Explanation:
Another option to get the ball rolling. This is a really rather free take on the German, and I'm not sure how much leeway you've got to work with!

That said, presuming the gist of the rest of the German document is essentially "exhibit at our trade fair, please!", I'd be tempted to go for a direct call-to-action statement rather than sticking too closely to the German.

Of course, once we've found out what type of trade fair it is, there might be scope for a catchy little statement that's even closer to the products/sector in question - which would be ideal!

Sorry, I suppose I could go on and on...if I knew the products concerned, I could give you a perfect fit. But I think one of these will do well.

agree  Björn Vrooman: Good, creative suggestions, especially considering that some of the puns Martina has to translate (but can't do much about) are anything but witty.

-> Thanks. I am guessing that this particular client would be disappointed if the puns were lost, even to the detriment of the EN version.

agree  Jennifer Caisley: I think "showcase" (or even something like "let us show you off!") is the best of the bunch - I don't envy Martina with this text on her desk!

agree  philgoddard: It is KOK (and who chose that name?). http://www.kok-austria.at Leaving out the wordplay (assuming there is any) is no great loss.

I believe this reads (in full):
"Trade Fair - Wir geben Ihnen einen neuen Rahmen."

A fresh avenue for new and prospective exhibitors to extend their publicity/sales reach...

A sales pitch, in other words, for newcomer exhibitors to join the 110+ existing ones...

Giving you a new stage to show off your products

Explanation:
The German expression is interesting because of its double meaning: Rahmen can be used both in a physical and metaphorical sense, so I think it's important to preserve that quality in English as well.

Compare with this:
“We’re really excited about this platform,” says Darren Millard, a hockey host who has been with the network since its inception in 1998, and will continue into the Hockey Night in Canada era. “Being on the NHL Network and having a new stage to show off our broadcast.”
