German term or phrase: AIk
Dear colleagues,

I'm translating the book AI in Marketing, Sales and Service by Peter Gentsch.

Originally, this book was written in German (Künstliche Intelligenz für Sales, Marketing und Service: Mit AI und Bots zu einem Algorithmic Business) so I'm dealing with the English translation of the German original. And sometimes the English translaion seems rather strange to me and to native English speakers as well.

The book mentions some platform called AIk.

Andere Plattformen, die Kundeninteraktionen in Echtzeit über Bots für eine weite Spanne von Unternehmen ermöglichen, sind Operator, Slack, Snapchat Discover und Snapcash, AppleTV und Siri, Magic, ***AIk Bots*** und Telegram (Quoc 2016).

Auch WhatsApp, das ebenfalls zu Facebook gehört, hat im Januar 2016 bekannt gegeben, dass es Werkzeuge testen will, die die Kommunikation mit Unternehmen realisieren können. Weitere Beispiele für Plattformen, die das Bauen und Integrieren von Bots erlauben, sind Slack, Telegram und **AIk**.

In the English version AIk is rendered in the same way.

In January 2016, WhatsApp, which also belongs to Facebook, also announced that they want to test tools that realise communication with companies. Further examples of platforms that allow the building and integration of bots are Slack, Telegram and **AIk**.

What I find strange is that there is almost zero info about this AIk on the Internet. Apart from the book by Peter Gentsch, the only thing I've managed to find is this:

Of course I can't be sure, but something tells me this is not it.

So my question is: Could AIk be an optical character scanning recognition error for something else?
Or is it a platform that is known in Germany only?
