agree  Brent Sørensen: This is an absolute nightmare of a sentence. You can’t simply extract a phrase and find a succinct translation. But this seems like a pretty good approximation.

[the heating which ... and is ..., in particular,] incorporating an intermediate layer of a material

Explanation:
[which is equipped with an electrical heating which ... and is fastened/mounted, in particular,] incorporating an intermediate layer of a material of high thermal conductivity.

The reason why I have submitted an extra answer is, that, from what I can see, the fastening/mounting is not really done by means of an intermediate layer of material. This would assume that the intermediate layer is a fastener, which it is not quite here, I don't think, and could not really be in all that many conceivable technical contexts. The intermediate layer of material is simply put in between (incorporated) before the fastening is done some other way.

material of high thermal conductivity placed between them (or therebetween)

Explanation:
An alternative option:
"Zwischenlage" may not necessarily refer to an intermediate layer but could be understood in terms of "dazwischen legen" - although the result is essentially the same
