Sie sollte einerseits durch die Präzision der Spritzgießmaschine gewährleistet werden, zusätzlich aber noch durch optische Sensoren im ***Übernahmekopf*** des Entnahmeroboters zu 100 % überwacht werden. Ein weiteres Qualitätskriterium, das sich allerdings nicht so leicht „on-line“ überwachen lässt, ist die gerade und verzugsfreie Löffelgestalt. Sie ist die Voraussetzung für einen stabilen Teilestapel in der Nachbearbeitungsperipherie.
