In a zoning plan for a shopping centre, regarding the environmental report:

Das Plangebiet liegt nicht im intensiven städtischen Überwärmungsbereich und ist kein vordringlicher klimatischlufthygienischer Sanierungsbereich.

"The plan area is not situated within the intensive city overheating area and is not a priority area for ventilation refurbishment" is the best I've come up with at the moment, but it's a long way off. Have I understood "klimatischlufthygienisch" correctly?
