This is about the Law of Attraction of which there is a wealth of information - "like energy attracts like energy"...
However, I'm having difficulty with this phrase:

...Denn jeder Deiner Gedanken ist pure Energie die du aussendest... und diese ausgesandte Energie sucht sich auf ihrem Weg eine gleichschwingende Energie. Sie sucht sich also eine Energie die mit unseren Gedanken in Resonanz steht. ***Diese Energie wird von unserer Schwingung ebenfalls in Schwingung gebracht*** - das ist die wesentliceh Aussage des Resonanzgesetzes.

agree  philgoddard: Frequency doesn't work in this context, but vibration is fine.

  -> Thanks much, Phil – my point was that in esoteric texts "frequency" is in fact used in a way that is totally inappropriate for a physicist. They might say, "This energy is set/put in vibration [or whatever] by our *frequency*...", AFAIK.
