Der Dreieckstest (auch Triangel- oder Triotest) ist weit verbreitet und eine überaus aussagekräftige Methode. In diesem Fall´werden drei Proben, von denen zwei identisch sind, miteinander verglichen (Abb. 2). **Rückverkostungen** sind erlaubt. Durch raten liegt die Wahrscheinlichkeit einer richtigen Antwort bei 33,3 Prozent. Die Proben werden anonymisiert und den Prüfern in unterschiedlicher Reihenfolge und Probenverteilung gereicht.

Es ist mir klar, was es bei Sensorikprüfungen bedeutet. Aber wie nennt man das auf Englisch? Verkostung ist *tasting*.
