agree  Steffen Walter: As good as it gets given the scarce context./See also https://contemporaryfamilies.org/brief-parenting-happiness (mention of 'time policies' in the last paragraph). 'Zeitpolitische Maßnahmen' could just be 'time policy measures' (though quite rare in EN).
