I could be wrong but would this not just be "closed" if it's in relation to a fund?

Funds are closed either through liquidation or merging with another, which seems to make sense with the context.

Just a note to say that I do agree all of the following are possible:

- Wound up
- Closed
- Hard-closed
- Terminated

All are correct and it would depend simply on the register, target audience and text type as to which is most appropriate. If the text is officialese in style, the bottom two would be more appropriate but if the text is more informal, the top two would perhaps be better suited.
