An artful term like "in Jahresscheiben" to express some temporal pattern of providing your systems with the work that they need done to them, or, this being a slightly more mundane concept, "unterjährig" in a closely related temporal pattern-type capacity extension-related context where some proportion of a full year's work is alluded to would frequently occur in our day-to-day work as legal or technical translators.

However, somehow, I am really in need of ideas right now. In a way, this draft just does not flow right ...
