More context and the country needed as, in Switzerland / Liechtenstein, the translation might well go a different way for non-entertainment of a debt action.

In Germany: § 132 III VwGO: Verwaltungsgerichtsordnung, whilst > though Lancashireman ought to feel free to post his own answer. All I have done is lift IATE's translation, ha, ha...

Gegnerin: again, may - but not must be - pluralised if feminine means a company or a local authority / tax office.

Leave to appeal went to permission to appeal in E+W on Lord Woolf's largely otiose and anti-Latin civil justice reforms 20 years ago.

By all means, post the others as separate questions, but this would be the pith of my answers., to wit: the plaintiff / E+W claimant vs. applicant on a renewed application ... vs. the defendants < query: a local authority > and respondents..
