as recently upheld Explanation: Plaintiff motions– subject to pending law suits originally filed relative to granted patent claim 1 and furthermore in opposition to the manufacture and use – as recently upheld. "Erkannt" (in the verdict) by the court means approved/confirmed/ordered/upheld, IMO. Don't see where the 'zuletzt' fits in, but hey, it's there so 'recently' is probably the closest. |
