effortless Explanation: as in effortless occlusion - it also can mean smooth, as in there are no marks after the occlusion or that it was a seamless process but in this context I think effortless encompasses those synonyms. https://www.linguee.com/english-german/search?source=auto&query=ansatzlos |

detached Explanation: Could it be that 'ansatzlos" refers to the fact that there is no block attached to the walls of the artery - such as plaque - but rather something unattached - such as a blot clot? |
