This is the date the discharge summary was drawn up. Sorry, I should have added that information. I'm unaware that adding a Kürzel after a DATE is commonplace in English-language documents. I'm used to seeing it at the end of the document, together with the main signature. Hmmm. I'm wondering if I should leave it off, if readers will not understand what it indicates. However, I'm also new at translating discharge summaries. Can someone tell me if the practice is common for this particular type of medical text? Also: thanks everyone, for your contributions! |
