agree  Adrian MM.: If familienversichert, say in Austria, all the family members go 'as mitversichert' on the taxpayer's Krankenkasse e-card. If not, the Kasse doesn't receive a copy of the medical bill for full reimbursement or dental bill for splitting 50/50.
