For US English, the term "urgent care center" seems to be used:

In the UK, urgent care centres explicitly say do not visit the centre.

In the US, USA and Germany, you are urged to call first to be screened and then subsequent steps follow. In Italy, it seems to be the ICU unit has been split into two units, one of them is for coronavirus patients.

Most convincing still is Phil's definition of a "walk-in clinic", but presumably for the parallel purpose of "initial assessment or evaluation" (at least in the CV context).
Your own text does make it quite clear that hospital facilities still remain open to "urgent or emergency" situations. Hence that "parallel" function alluded to.
And lastly, conflating an inappropriate US, UK or Canadian model with a fundamentally different German one is highly misleading to say the least.

I'd go with walk-in clinic as well. However, if it's for corona patients specifically, I'd add "coronavirus-patient walk-in clinic".

Is KV-Anlaufpraxis the heading? It doesn't actually appear in your text. If so, I'd be tempted just to put "walk-in clinics" - for the purposes of the headline, who organises them is irrelevant.
They're also called pods in the UK.

In Germany, potential coronavirus patients are directed to this separate unit at the hospital before being admitted. As far as I know the ICU (intensive care unit is 24h care).
