either or (see explanation) Explanation: If it is the company itself, then GmbH must feature, whatever. If necessary with an explanation after it in brackets (not if this is in an address, for example). If it is in a text ("gemeinnützige GmbH" [name] hat..."), you can choose to call it a not-for-profit or non-profit organisation [name] GmbH, but the original legal form of the company must feature, as this is important. English equivalent are legally irrelevant and are only there for info. Or that's how I do it anyway. |
