Sollte jedoch mal mangels Kälteleistung der Keimkastenkühlung oder durch andere Umstände der Keimkasten „durchgehen“ und die Ablufttemperatur dadurch statt auf 17 °C auf z. B. 20 °C ansteigen, werden in der „Einfangphase“ statt 3,4 g/kg nunmehr 6,0 g/kg (14,7 - 8,7
g/kg) ausgetragen und der Weichgrad sinkt in diesem Beispiel auf 42,5 Prozent.
