To answer your question (native speaker here):

"bearbeitungsarm" means you don't need much time to adapt the insole to the required specifications

But there's no need for these soles to be "bearbeitet." They just will fit right in. That's why they're "einfach verwendbar" - the other ones aren't, IMO.

...if the term 'bearbeitungsarm' in this context sounds odd to German native speakers? I find it misleading. At first I was thinking along the lines of 'easy to make', but as Andrew said himself, that doesn't make sense in the context. The only thing it can mean - as we've figured out - is that they are easy to fit, so why not SAY 'einfach verwendbar' or something similar?! =/
