Es scheint mir als ob hier Zweifel bestehen ob man eine Behörde "einfach nur so" Immigration nennen kann. Man kann. Gerade in NZ werdeb Behörden des öfteren in so einer Art und Weise betitelt, das ist dann auch deren offizieller Name. Ein anderes Beispiel ist "Work and Income". Schwer für Deutsche sich vorzustellen dass man eine Behörde so nennt, aber es ist in der Tat so.
