Explanation:
Genuss in this sense is the appreciation of fine food and drink. Having taken a look on the web at other "Genussbotschafter", they are advocates of the food and drinks industry as a whole, which is why I don't believe it should be restricted solely to wine.

Culinary advocate is also a common term, but I'm not sure that it fully reflects the idea of "Genuss", hence my suggestion of "fine food and drink"
