Ich weiss zwar was diese ICT Lösungen sind aber frage mich, ob man die drei Buchstaben so lassen kann (als feststehender Begriff) oder, ob man lieber eine passende Abkürzung dafür bevorzugt. Da ich kein Schweizer bin und der Text aus einer Schweizer Firma stammt, bitte ich um Hilfe von Kollegen aus der Schweiz.
