je trouve sur eurodicautom "non contrefaçon", alors que verletzung renvoie à la violation d'une loi, etc. Quelqu'un peut-il m'éclairer ? :-)

Cela est sous-entendu par non violation de quelque chose. Selon le contexte il semble que cela concerne une garantie que dans le cas où le logiciel sur lequel elle repose n’est employé à des buts prévus pour son fonctionnement et donc sans dommage. Employé autrement signifie violation et donc perte de garantie.
