Asker: Bonjour Sophie, annuler me paraît excessif : Le client signe un contrat (sur une certaine durée) comportant diverses prestations, dont éventuellement un abonnement produits. Chaque fois que le client emporte des produits, ceux-ci seraient donc déduits de son "avoir" ou "crédit", c'est-à-dire du montant payé à la signature du contrat (Guthaben). Il s'agit plus de débiter une somme que d'annuler. Du moins c'est ce que je comprends. Les deux phrases se rapportent à la même opération, il n'est pas question de s'abonner ou de se désabonner.
