"Wir möchten Sie darauf hinweisen, dass wir die Position x aus Kulanz als Retoure verbucht haben."

J'ai obtenu cette traduction, qui me paraît maladroite :
"Nous souhaitons vous signaler que nous avons gracieusement enregistré la position x dans les retours."

Ma principale question porte sur Position, que j'aurais plutôt traduit par "article", mais si vous avez des suggestions pour l'ensemble, je vous en remercie d'avance.

Il s'agit d'un mail du service client d'une grande entreprise de confection concernant les commandes/retours etc.
