Quel est l'équivalent français de "Gutshof"? Je ne suis pas sûre que "ferme domaniale" proposé par certains dictionnaires convienne

Explanation:
Die Übersetzung hängt meiner Meinung nach davon ab, ob hier noch Landwirtschaft betrieben wird oder nicht und ob das Ganze Bürgerlichen oder Adligen gehörte. (s. Wikipedia oben).
Am neutralsten erscheint mir daher ferme manoir oder nur manoir, so kein landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb mehr stattfindet. Treffer gibt es im Internet dafür zahlreiche.

Nachdem ich erst jetzt den Link gesehen habe, denke ich, dass man hier die Übersetzung pro Gutshof variieren müsste:

manoir, chalet-hôtel, hôtel, auberge
