Értelmezésem szerint a Grundmietzeit a lízingszerződés alapjául szolgáló időt, azaz a futamidőt jelenti. A lízingszerződésekkel kapcsolatban nem is használnak nálunk más kifejezést az időre, csak a futamidőt.
