Io tradurrei la frase “e una corazza naturalmente fa sentire più sicuri” in modo tale da collegarla al titolo che tradurrei “quando i giovani si costruiscono una corazza”. Cercare di utilizzare Körper anche in italiano secondo me sarebbe poco efficace e quasi forzato. Credo che la metafora sia più naturale :)

Sul concetto "den Körper zum Panzer stählen", contenuto dell'altra tua KudoZ, rimando a quanto già commentato nella mia proposta di traduzione, ossia "costruirsi (addosso) una corazza (di muscoli)/trasformare il proprio corpo in una corazza". Onde evitare di ripetere troppo spesso il concetto di "corazza" in questa frase, ti suggerisco per "gestählt" un termine frequentemente in uso fra i body builder, ossia "definito". Alternativa (forse meno elegante): un corpo tutto muscoli
