Solange der Landherr ***die Stände*** um direkte Steuern für bestimmte Finanzierungszwecke ersuchen musste, standen konkrete Steuer und konkreter Finanzierungszweck in unmittelbarer Beziehung. Se il periodo in questione è quello del 1660, quando regnava re Luigi XIV, credo si tratti del Terzo Stato, la nuova categoria di sudditi alla quale dopo nobiltà e clero ricorrevano i Re. Il Terzo Stato comprendeva i borghesi e contadini

Asker: Il riferimento è prima all'assolutismo, nell'ultima frase si accenna a un cambiamento successivo: prima (nel Medioevo) i signori ricorrevando agli "stati", mentre nell'epoca dell'assolutismo si sviluppa il concetto del bilancio complessivo dello Stato e questo comporterà tutta una trasformazione del diritto tributario... Ovviamente durante l'assolutismo a pagare i tributi è solo il terzo stato...
