Questo link molto esaustivo https://www.anwalt.org/bundesgerichtshof/ spiega che il BGH si compone solo di Senate, tra l'altro il decimo è proprio quello che conosce delle cause in materia di diritto brevettuale. Non ho il testo completo chiaramente, sei sicura che quando si parla di Kammer non si faccia riferimento magari ad un grado di giuridizio inferiore (presso tribunali che quindi prevedono una composizione in kammer) o magari alla Rechtsanwaltskammer beim Bundesgerichtshof di cui si parla anche nel link postato? Non so, è un suggerimento. Non ho possibilità di leggere l'intero testo. Ciao!
