esiste già un kudoz in merito, ma il mio problema non è tanto "Lieferschein",quanto bewertet, che vuol dire che sulla bolla di consegna è indicato il valore della fornitura. non so se esiste un traducente in italiano o se è necessario ricorrere a una perifrasi

Io "bewerteter..." tradotto letteralmente in questo contesto non l'ho mai sentito.
Dato che questa espressione è introvabile anche nei dizionari maggiori, è quindi quantomeno non così corrente da dover per forza tradurlo con un nome unico... con una perifrasi vai tranquilla e vai sul sicuro.
Quindi:
"bolla di consegna con indicazione del valore della fornitura" o simile
