German term or phrase: "Miteinander gestalten - gemeinsam aktiv."
On Wednesday I received a call from the association "Oberlausitzer Lebens- und Familienhilfe e.V." which is working with kids and disabled persons.
They're are going to present themselves at the "Day of Associations" in Bautzen on May 19th.

This nonprofit association wants to print their slogan "Miteinander gestalten - gemeinsam aktiv" in 4 different languages and they have asked me, if I could translate the slogan for free.

Unfortunately, I was only able to translate it into English [Let's create the future - live actively together.] and I am now looking for a person who is able to translate the 4 words into Polish.
[Unfortunately, the translator who wanted to do this let us down :-( ]

I really hope there is somebody out there who is willing to support this nonprofit association as well.
