"begründen" ma nadto wiele innych znaczeń ( oczywiście MOŻE oznaczać ZAŁOŻYĆ/ USTANOWIĆ + ewent. WYZNACZYĆ), choć te znaczenia są nam mniej znane, nade wszystko kojarzymy " begründen"z uzasadnić etc, natomiast "gründen" z założyć.


Kontekst nie jest jednoznaczny. Jeśli Steuerpflicht- wówczas "begründen" można przetłumaczyć jeszcze w inny sposób.
