Ja bym tego nie kojarzył z pol. poprawnością. Kiedyś była jedna definicja, bardzo demokratyczna: "Ausländer". Problem zaczął się wówczas, gdy trzeba było nazwać dzieci imigrantów. Moim zdaniem lepiej powiedzieć "Kinder mit Migrationshintergrund" niż "Migrantenkinder". I to z czysto praktycznego punku widzenia. Weźmy np. małżeństwa mieszane (tak jak pisałem niżej).

neutral  Crannmer: IMHO to jest kalka uzywana wylacznie przez wojujacych politycznie poprawnych // Przy czym niemiecki "Migrationshintergund" pojawil sie dopiero, jak rodziny imigranckie zostaly przez niektorych uznane za pol. niepoprawne. Chodzi bowiem o dokladnie to samo

  -> Chodzi o def. Jak napiszesz rodzina, to nie wiadomo, czy samotna matka z dzieckiem to też rodzina etc. Albo jak np. tylko jeden rodzic jest imigrantem, np. w małżeństwach mieszanych. Inna sprawa, że to słowo bywa czasami używane w dziwnych kontekstach.
