Não tenho muito contexto relativamente a esta expressão, apenas dá para adiantar que se trata do título de uma palestra, de resto não há nem resumo, nem outras explicações adicionais, infelizmente.

Ou é do sono ou da semana de trabalho demasiado atribulada, mas não estou a conseguir ver como é que devo traduzir esta frase de uma forma que não pareça demasiado rebuscada ou forçada.
