Am gasit foarte putine referinte pe net si chiar nu stiu care este cel mai potrivit termen.

am gasit urmatoarele :Seit dem 1.7.2003 existiert in Belgien das System der sog. "Unternehmensdatenbanken". Diese ersetzen die Handelsregister und werden von sog. "Unternehmensschaltern" geführt. Hierbei handelt es sich um private Einrichtungen, die von der Regierung anerkannt und mit besonderen Aufgaben versehen sind.
Poate gaseste un coleg o varianta mai buna.
