desespumado Explanation: Normalment, abschöpfen (englisch to skim) es quitar la espuma (o en caldos fríos la grasa) de la superficie. Ahora bien, ¿desespumar un zumo? No estoy seguro. A no ser que el zumo se haga fresco con una licuadora y se produce espuma. |

sin pulpa Explanation: Como bien dice Martin, en el caso de los zumos no se debe utilizar "desespumar" ni "decantar". Se trata simplemente de zumos/jugos sin pulpa.(Hay numerosas entradas en Internet). |
