Versicherungsnehmer: Tomador del seguro Gemeinschaft: würde ich hier mit "colectivo" übersetzen, so wie eine Versichertengemeinschaft als "colectivo de asegurados" bezeichnet wird. Asegurado ist die "versicherte Person", nicht "Versicherungsnehmer(in)".
