Me parece que en ese contexto aplicaría mejor la primera. -Se menciona el término "Gästebetreuung" como sinónimo de "Gästebewirtung" -La entrada para "Bewirtung" tiene también como posibles traducciones "servicio" (vinculado a restaurantes; esto se indica entre paréntesis) y como segunda posibilidad "agasajo".
