  -> claro, pero dependiendo del contexto tiene sentido: "Lebensfähigkeit des Fötus außerhalb des Mutterleibs" > "La viabilidad se define como la habilidad del feto para sobrevivir fuera de la madre." > Lebensfähigkeit = viabilidad/capacidad de sobrevivir.

agree  mareug: Tal vez en el contexto quede mejor tu opción "capacidad de vivir", pero la respuesta no me parece de ningún modo incorrecta.

al estar en plural, no me cuadra lo de viabilidad. Creo que se debe referir más bien a lo que uno es capaz de hacer con su vida, a las capacidades que desarrolla
