Hola Marta,
la verdad es que no se me ocurre ninguna otra cosa y en el Becher no pone nada en concreto. Tampoco en el Langenscheidt de "Wirtschaft, Handel und Finanzen".
Así pues pondría no están autorizados a dar instrucciones.
