Buenas a todos, me aparece este término en una tabla que describe los aromas del vino. No hay más contexto, son únicamente términos que describen los aromas del vino. Si alguien sabe a qué aroma se referirá exactamente, estaré muy agradecido.

Lo único que puedo indicar es que me aparece entre el aroma a maracuyá (fruta de la pasión) y el de compota de manzana.
