agree  Özden Arıkan: Aslında "dumpling", belli bir kesim açısından Türkçeye girmiş durumda. Ama ben yine de Türkçe bir ifadeden yanayım. Bence en iyi yaklaşım, Nockerl'ı aynen yazıp, yanına da parantez içinde, önerdiğiniz "hamur topağı"nı da kullanarak açıklama yapmak.
