A big THANK YOU goes to Nesrin for locating the EP document. I've found the English term by simply switching from "DE" to "EN" in the URL:

(see Amendment 39, p. 28 of German and p. 27 of English document)

Also "rinse milk" as per http://books.google.de/books?id=bP9um0wRrc8C&pg=PA581&lpg=PA... (but this might be a different meaning not at all related to dairy products)
