Ich übersdetze einen Text aus dem Polnischen, wo so ein Ding vorkommt (wörtliche Übersetzung). Ich glaube, ich weiß, was gemeint ist - solche Vögel, Flugzeuge oder andere Gegenstände, die an Querstäben mit Fäden aufgehängt sind, dass sie das Gleichgewicht halten, und das Ganze dreht sich dann und wackelt je nach Luftbewegung usw. Manche Leute hängen das ihren Kleinen übers Bett, damit diese schon zeitig nervös werden.

Aber wie heißt das auf Deutsch???
