Lizenzgebühren (Vertragsstrafe ist hier IMHO zu viel) pro Prozent der Unterschreitung (also prozentuell entsprechend dem Unterschreitungsmaß) im betreffenden Messzeitraum zu zahlen -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2008-05-08 10:22:25 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I would suppose, that the author simply put to many things in the sentecne. The previous one refers clearly to a penalty being a percentage amount of the license fee. The next sentence reffers to the same licence fee, so I think the "conventional penalty" in this sentence is superfluous. |
