agree  Werner Walther: Mögliche zusätzliche Ausstattung, wie z.B. Klimaanlage, Wintergarten, zentrale Staubsauganlage oder Solardach - disponibel von Bauherr oder Architekt. Also grundsätzlich möglich, aber gehört nicht zu Basisausstattung.
