Einwilligung Explanation: Eigentlich eine Frage für die Juristen unter uns, aber da die Zustimmung zu Versand vor dem eigentlichen Versand erteilt wurde, müsste es sich um eine Einwilligung handeln: Zustimmung bezeichnet das Einverständnis zu einem bestimmten Rechtsgeschäft. Sie bedarf nicht der für das Rechtsgeschäft bestimmten Form. Die vorherige Zustimmung wird als Einwilligung, die nachträgliche Zustimmung als Genehmigung bezeichnet.
