Hello everyone,

my text refers to the construction of buildings for educational purposes during some period in history. This term appears in the sentence:
"[το Γραφείο] είχε ως αποκλειστική αρμοδιότητα την εκπόνηση αρχιτεκτονικών μελετών για νέα και υφιστάμενα σχολικά κτίρια".

I can only find "architectural plan" on the internet, but this seems to me a little more specific than "μελέτη". Any help is welcome.
